
Dementia Resources for Eating, Activity, and Meaningful Inclusion (DREAM)
The goal of the Dementia Resources for Eating, Activity, and Meaningful Inclusion (DREAM) project is to support the design, content, and delivery of physical activity, healthy eating, and other wellness programs so that they meet the needs and preferences of persons living with dementia and their families. This project is for Canadians, by Canadians.
Process:
- Complete the “Dementia Inclusion Introductory Modules”, in order
- Complete the “Physical Activity Modules” if interested in learning more about physical activity and dementia (certificate available)
- Complete the “Healthy Eating Modules” if interested in learning more about healthy eating and dementia (certificate available)
- Complete a quiz after each module
- Earn certificate(s), including a “Total Wellness Certificate” when all of the modules are completed
Note: Access the modules related to physical activity and healthy eating will be granted after completing the “Dementia Inclusion Introductory Modules”.
